Eligibility Criteria for Mitacs Internship:
- The candidate should be a full-time undergraduate or undergraduate/master’s student from an eligible institution.
- The applicants should be from eligible countries which include Australia, Brazil, China, India, Colombia, France, Germany, Ukraine, Hong Kong, Mexico, Taiwan, Tunisia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
- The age of the candidate must be at least 18 years.
- The candidate must have 1 or 3 remaining semesters as of Fall 2023.
- Applicants should be prepared for a 12-week internship commitment in Canada.

Mitacs Application procedure:
- Applicants are required to submit their applications online via the Global Student platform.
- If the program of applicants is not clearly mentioned in the list, they should search with multiple keywords in different disciplines. The candidates can search in both general and specific categories. If it is also no working then contact helpdesk@mitacs.ca
- Prospective candidates are encouraged to apply for a minimum of three and a maximum of seven projects across at least three distinct Canadian provinces.
- There is no submit button, must complete your application carefully, before the date of closing.
- It is suggested to complete the application at least two working days before the deadline.
- The reference letter of candidates should be from their professor who is currently supervising them in their home country.
