Leaders of tomorrow digital exchange program 2023 is an exciting opportunity for our youth. Nowadays the number of people who are using the Internet is huge. Nearly two-thirds of the worldwide population utilizes the internet. Here is a program that is beneficial for youth to have access to the internet. Leaders Of Tomorrow (LOT) is an online exchange initiative catering to international youth, encompassing both teenagers (14-17) and young adults (18-24).. For 2023, the main theme of the program is Leadership. This program has activities which include dialogue sessions, video calls and online workshops.
In this program, participants will learn about cultural diversity, differences among each other and accepting different mindsets or mentalities. Participating in this program will improve the mutual understanding between youth on an international level. The contribution of participants in the activities of the program will put the members out of their comfort zone and make them understand the traditions, cultures, and languages of other countries. It will also assist students in using skills or what they have learned for the improvement of their societies. Youth should know, how to express their thoughts, opinions or ideas in a better way. By learning these things, they can hope that they will be peacemakers and share their message with the world. It is crucial to be a good spokesperson for youth to get their message across in the best possible way.

- If the applicants have participated in any exchange program before or they will participate in any exchange program in summer 2023, they are not eligible.
Eligibilities:
Candidates must:
- Be teenagers (14-17) or young adults (18-24).
- Have the ability to write, speak and listen in English.
- Have constant access to the internet throughout the week.
- Give the time of about 5 hours each week to the program.
- Country eligibility: International students can apply.
