Within the realm of hard skills, participants gain a comprehensive comprehension of and capability to present or discuss key financial, marketing, accounting, and strategic metrics.
This program is structured in a manner that cultivates both hard skills and soft skills in tandem. This encompasses leadership, communication, presentation, teamwork, problem-solving, and more.
Cultural awareness flourishes as associates coexist, learn, and collaborate over the course of 9 months. Serving as professional cultural ambassadors, associates acquire the ability to discuss Dubai and the UAE from a place of firsthand experience, enriched by interactions with the diverse nationalities and cultures represented by their fellow associates.

Eligibilities:
For eligibility to enroll in this program, candidates must be recent university graduates. The ensuing are a few prerequisites to submit an application for this program:
- Applicants should have work experience of more than three years
- Candidates must have proficiency in English speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.
- Contestants should have a high interest in international business, especially in business in Dubai
- Applicants should have an observing, examining and inquiring mind
- Applicants should have at least a bachelor’s degree. However, it is not required for candidates to have a degree in business. Candidates just should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. They are enrolling associates from different academic backgrounds.
- Each application which is received is assessed in the light of eligibility criteria and all elements of the application are considered which include a cover letter or letter of interest, CV and video biography. So, they all are important for the selection because both content and presentation are taken into consideration.
